For New Instructors who are interested in shadowing an in-person course at a TFC Location.

This will give you up to two shadowing classes. One Blended Learning and One Full Instructor Lead

We also offer and add-on option once you have completed shadowing. TFC will set you up to teach one of our communty classes alongside one of our most Seasoned Instructors. They are there to assess and assist if needed. An assessment will be turned into into the TFC Admin Team to review. You will then recieve a final assessment letter with possitive feedback to help you grow and succeed as an Instructor.
